SMS Terms & Conditions

By opting in to receive text messages from Music City Referral Network LLC or our subsidiaries or affiliates (hereinafter, “We,” “Us,” “Our”) (the “Service”), you agree to these Text Messaging Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”). Your participation in the Service is also subject to our [link to privacy policy] and Terms and Conditions of Use, which are expressly incorporated by reference herein. This Agreement is not intended to modify other Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy that may govern the relationship between you and Us in other contexts.

  1. Description: Text messages will be used by staff to primarily send 1:1 communication to clients who initiate conversations, have questions, send a group text to Us making an introduction, for quick questions from Us, and to people who have requested communication via text.
  2. Message Frequency: The number of Music City Referral Network LLC text messages that you receive will vary depending on which Music City Referral Network LLC text messaging programs you sign up for and the frequency of the messages sent by those programs. Typical frequency for active clients is 5 per month.
  3. Cost: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you, as provided in your mobile telephone service rate plan, in addition to any applicable roaming charges. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
  4. How to Opt-In:

    1. Primary Business Phone Number: People can opt in verbally over the phone or by texting our direct phone numbers with questions. They may also opt in via the "Contact Us" form on our website www.shannon-mcgee.com, which allows people to opt in to texts from Music City Referral Network LLC. Our Terms and Conditions, listed at https://www.shannon-mcgee.com/termsandconditions, provide directions to opt out of future SMS communications. Our Privacy Policy is listed at https://www.shannon-mcgee.com/privacy.
    2. CRM: When registering for events or meetings, you will have the option to opt in to receive reminders, updates, and communication. You may also text “NIA” to 85100 to opt in. When opted in, you will receive text messages (SMS/MMS) to your mobile number. These kinds of messages may include meeting reminders, announcements, event invitations, one-to-one communications, or other information.
  5. How to Opt-Out & Get Help: You can opt out of this service at any time by texting “STOP” to the phone number. After you text “STOP” to us, we may send you an SMS reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or text “START” or “JOIN” and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.   6. Access or Delivery to Mobile Network is Not Guaranteed: Carriers, such as AT&T, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  7. Changes to Terms and Conditions: We may revise, modify, or amend these Music City Referral Network LLC SMS Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such revision, modification, or amendment shall take effect when it is posted to Music City Referral Network LLC’s website (www.shannon-mcgee.com). You agree to review these SMS Terms and Conditions periodically to ensure that you are aware of any changes. Your continued consent to receive text messages will indicate your acceptance of those changes.
